







I don't know about the atmosphere since I went through the drive-thru, but I would imagine it was all right. The food is good. There are a lot of onions on the top. The bean and cheese burrito was fantastic, a little heavy on the cheese for my taste, but still good.

I was thrilled to spot Catrina’s logo from afar—it’s always a promising sign of a great meal ahead. I’ve been enjoying their food for a while now, and it’s exciting to see more locations popping up across the metro area. It’s comforting to know there’s almost always one nearby!
That said, I did notice a couple of things during this visit. The two staff members at this location were polite but came across as a bit flat in their customer service—nothing major, but it did make the interaction feel slightly awkward. Additionally, the music was noticeably loud, which made communication challenging. I found myself raising my voice just to be heard, and it seemed like the employee was struggling to hear me too.
Overall, though, I appreciate Katrina’s continued growth and the opportunity to enjoy their delicious offerings throughout the Tulsa metro. Keep up the great work, and maybe dial down the volume a notch!

Service has always been exceptional and the food doesn’t disappoint. I’m happy to be able to get quality Tex-Mex quicker, and, to top it all off, less than 10 minutes away from home. The workers have always been kind and informative when necessary and the attention to service is notable. I think this might be the only restaurant that will be able to survive where Cheezie’s (RIP) could not.
Never had a bad experience here - they even do Taco Tuesdays!

Overall, the food was delicious. Unfortunately,I did not receive any salsa with my meal and I was not offered any salsa either. And your green salsa is fantastic! 😒

Called to order food tonight for me and my family (whom 3 of them are sick) and as I began to speak to a women on the phone a man randomly interrupted me asking if my name was Ryli. I replied yes and then he told me that I called Jan 31st and ordered food that I never picked up. I then said "no that was not me." Then the man (manager) told me I was wrong and it was me because it was my phone number and name (I was at a concert jan 31st in downtown btw) He then told me if I did not pay for this food that wasn't mine I would not be able to order again. Then after becoming very frustrated the man asked me if my name was Martin Riley. (which is not my name) and told me oh my bad wrong person. I explained how unprofessional I thought this was and they then told me that it was MY FAULT because I said I was Martin Riley at the beginning of the phone call. I am also a women and they are asking me if my name is Martin. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and WILL NOT be going back. If I could give them 0 stars I WOULD. And now I am stuck trying to figure out what to feed my 2 sick children and sister tonight.
